We all go through periods of worry or sadness from time to time. For many, these experiences are manageable and brief. Other times, we may experience a big "T" Trauma or a series of small "t" traumas that stay with us for longer; sometimes years. Whether these experiences are the result of childhood or adult trauma, such as abusive relationships, accidents, assault, or military experiences, our mental and physical well-being can be impacted. Our clinicians provide trauma informed care and have years of experience working with traumatized individuals, couples, and families. We are trained in a variety of treatment methods.

Our clinical therapy team offers in-person and telehealth sessions. 


 Each of our providers are highly trained; we bring quality care and experience to our Carson City community. 


We offer a unique service in that we treat children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. 


Our providers are trained in a variety of treatment methods including Behavioral, Family Systems,  Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Guided Imagery and others

Before your initial appointment, or Intake, you will receive information to access our TherapyPortal where you will find necessary paperwork that must be completed prior to scheduling your first appointment. 

Groups

  • Introducing a  group for adults who experienced Sibling Abuse. Call for more information 
  • Monthly Drum Circles. 2nd Wednesdays 5:30-7PM
  • Women's Drum Circle Date TBA - call for more information

Teletherapy

We offer in-person appointments in our Carson City office. Teletherapy sessions are accessed through our TherapyPortal.
